I tried this tea early in the morning and felt very awake and focused. Love the taste!

I really like this tea! It tastes great and is made with several delicious and interesting ingredients. I like that each ingredient is organic and this is a list of them: green tea, cardamom, ginger, mate green, spearmint, nettle leaves, guarana seed, curcuma, chili, and natural lime oil. Note that it’s a low-caffeine tea which means that it could keep you awake if you drink it too close to bedtime. Overall I definitely like and would recommend it.🙂

The tea blend was an unusual mixture of plants but the end result is good. It doesn’t really taste like what the ingredients show because of the way the flavors cancel each other out, resulting in a unique flavor. It’s like a slightly minty tea with a small kick. The price is close to $1 a bag, which is a bit high but it’s doable. The tea bags have no string or tags. I didn’t feel any improvement in focus but I enjoyed the flavor a bit. So the tea seemed okay. I actually felt my head gain pressure after having it and then I fell asleep, so it didn’t seem effective at all. If you’re buying it just for the flavor, there are cheaper options around. I would still recommend just as a tea, but the price and lack of effectiveness is not for me. I haven’t tried this tea yet as a cold beverage though, and I’m thinking it would taste better cold.

Great green tea blend. Nice strong minty and cardamom scent when you open the bag and a mild but complex flavor and really does give you a boost in waking you up and getting you going or keeping you going. Plus I always enjoyed mint in my tea as a kid so I knew I’d enjoy this.
I really like the synthetic pyramid bag it comes in. It doesn’t effect the flavor at all which I find the paper bags often do for me. So usually I drink loose leaf and use a diffuser.
I get 2 steepings for each bag in a 14 ounce mug before significant flavor loss on a third so I just do 2 now. There are no strings on the bags so you will need to fish the bag out if you want to do multiple steepings.

I’ve been having trouble with nausea lately, and coffee is one thing that triggers it, so I’ve had to give up my morning cup. I’m not going to go without caffeine, though, so I’ve switched to tea, and have been drinking either this or chai to start my day instead.

I’ve been having trouble with nausea lately, and coffee is one thing that triggers it, so I’ve had to give up my morning cup. I’m not going to go without caffeine, though, so I’ve switched to tea, and have been drinking either this or chai to start my day instead. I can’t say that I have necessarily noticed improved focus with this tea versus anything else with caffeine, but it does help me wake up and get my mind in gear. I usually prefer black tea to green tea, but the spearmint in this one is a nice touch that enables me to drink it happily without adding anything to sweeten it. It’s nice, too, to know that if I’m talking with someone in the morning, if they notice my breath at all it’s a spearmint scent instead of coffee, which tastes better than it smells. The spearmint isn’t overwhelming, either, just enough to take the edge off the green tea.

This tea is tasty. I used it to make some outstanding iced tea. Great with a little honey and Elderberry tea. No idea on the energy claims because I always have too much energy to begin with. Did help me stay more alert after a long day, and did not negatively impact my sleep. It is a bit of dietetic so your gonna have to use the bathroom more often (but then most teas are that way). Bag reseals tight so the tea stays fres

I tried the tea both hot and iced and loved the iced better. The tea flavor wasn’t very strong hot due to the other botanicals. I mixed it with a little sugar and it was very refreshing. It very much reminded me of a muted chai. When I had it hot, honey really added to the flavor profile.
